The HTC 7 Mozart Comes With Strong And Unique Construction

The Taiwanese company HTC created their new 7 Mozart with higher quality than usual. It also has a new operating system to run it. Discover the features of the HTC 7 Mozart here in this snappy article.

The HTC engineers created the 7 Mozart with a unibody construction. The back of the handset shows an assymetrical construction with a mix of aluminum and plastic. Some could call it “artsy”. The size is not too large for a pocket or purse. The 3.7 inch screen is nearly fully featured with an acceleromter and proximity sensor. There is no Swype input and no manual keyboard for the 7 Mozart.

Looking on the inside, there is a fast one gigahertz processor made by the popular chip company Qualcomm. This is accompanied by 576 megabytes of RAM and 512 of ROM. All the former features help to give the HTC 7 Mozart speedy operation while opening and closing programs or during navigation. Internal memory is rated for eight gigabytes. There is no external storage available, that is, no MicroSD card slot.

One of the strong points of the HTC 7 Mozart is its camera. It is eight megapixels in power. It was given a Xenon flash instead of a LED style. This is superior to LED for taking photographs. There is also geo tagging, auto focus, face detection and video. The camera is competent enough to support high definition video in 720p format. The only problem will be getting those videos to other places, since there is no MicroSD card slot and no HDMI connector on the 7 Mozart.

The new Windows Phone 7 mobile operating system is running the HTC 7 Mozart. This is a redo of the older 6.5.3 and provides a hub connection system for easier navigation. It supports social networking sites as well as the regular Microsoft browser and word processing documents. Bing maps are included for free. Plenty of Excitement Surround Project JAL

While it may sound like some top secret plan to create super weapons, Project JAL is actually Orange Mobile’s new plan to develop an Android smart phone that carries their brand. Overall, the new handset design is not bad, it looks a lot like the ZTE Blade –for good reason too; apparently the phone will be manufactured by ZTE.

In terms of specs, the Project JAL: handset will definitely be a low end device. The most important factor is that the phone still sports very practical specs. If all you need to have is a decent smart phone that comes with all the basic features but is still friendly to the budget, then this is going to be a great start.

Of course, price is going to be the big determining factor here. And with estimates on the handset ranging from 100 to only 150 GBP, it is likely that this phone will get plenty of basic 2G users to shift up to 3G.

The screen is a nice big 3.5 inch OLED display –which is already quite big for this kind of handset. No QWERTY keyboard means that the virtual touch screen keyboard will be the main user interface and of course, the screen follows WGA standards (this means viewing content on landscape mode is going to be quite a familiar experience for existing smart phone users).

Other features will include GPS (expect location based apps and features), Bluetooth, WiFi, and of course, access to the Android Market and possibly, Orange’s own app store as well.

Switching over to Orange Mobile may not be such a great plan for some, but for those who want to try out something new and are having their current contracts expire in the next few months, this is a great smart phone and network to switch to.

Purchasing Digital Content

If there is one thing that has not changed, it is the basic concepts of marketing: “know your market, know how to get them to buy what you have”.

Thus, there is a never ending need for surveys and studies to determine market trends and social preferences. In a recent study that was held by Orange Mobile, they have found out that there is a significant difference in the purchasing and phone usage habits of men and women on the internet.

The biggest result of the study is that men are the largest market for video content downloads. This means that we can expect to see more videos being made available on the iPlayer, MSN Player and more that are catered to the preferences of men. This also means that men’s products are more likely to need advertisements that place them alongside video content or are part of the streaming data. This is also why content such as sports videos are such big hits, because the larger percentage of video content buyers are men.

Women on the other hand spend more time online communicating with friends and contacts. Whether just by sending messages or sending images, women find it a more productive use of their time. This means that preference based text ads that appear in email clients and other services will more likely be tuned to female users than men.

In terms of games, both men and women are avid players and download game content for their smart phones. Men are seen to be more likely to download games that require real time focus and immediate round conclusions or stages. Women on the other hand prefer games that require less activity such as the Sims or Monopoly.
