Innovation’s the name of the game
In recent years, the amount of innovation that has gone into mobile phones has seen no end and the Samsung B3310 is yet another phone which is bound to make you wonder as to how creative and imaginative mobile phone manufacturers are. A look at the specifications sheet might bring questions as to what’s so special about it. However, once you have a look at some pictures of the phone, or the actual phone itself, you’ll realize what I’m talking about.
The most innovative part of the phone is the location of the alphanumeric keys, which are located at the side of the phone, making it look extremely odd. However, you should get used to it and might actually end up enjoying it.
Typing texts at high speeds is made possible via the full QWERTY keyboard, which can be accessed by sliding the phone sideways. The phone has a fairly good sized screen, though we would’ve liked the size of the D-pad and the navigation keys to have been reduced in favour of a bigger screen. The screen has a resolution of 240×320 pixels and can display upto 256k colours.
The phone’s main features have to be the shortcuts to Facebook and MySpace, which enables you to message your friends as well as to update your status on your profile with a single click on the shortcut at the bottom of the screen. The phone has a decent talk time of 5 hours, which should be enough for most people.
In order to connect to the internet, you can make use of the EDGE, GPRS and HSCSD connectivity options. Bluetooth connectivity is also available, enabling you to share data with other phones as well as to listen to songs using your favourite Bluetooth headset.
The Samsung B3310 Reviews aren’t so bad, so make sure you snap it up when it is released somewhere around the mid of September as there will be many great Samsung B3310 contracts on offer.
