LG BL20 Chocolate Brings Back Style and More
If you have heard that LG’s new Chocolate phone has brought back the sleek and stylish look of the Chocolate series, then you have heard right. The last device in the series, the Chocolate Touch, lacked the essence of this LG series, the BL20 however, brings back the famous style and adds a little more pizzazz. The LG BL20 is decked in an all black casing with soft red accents.
The device is discreetly beautiful, but slide out the keypad and the mobile phone turns into a breathtaking work of art. The entire slide out keypad has a bright red finish throughout the keys; this bright color creates a brilliant contrast to the black surface of the BL20
LG and O2
The news is, O2 will be offering BL20 deals as they will be offering the device to all their subscribers. You can choose to switch to O2 if you are currently not under their plan, or you can opt to purchase the device as the retail price of the phone has also been announced.
Hardware and Features
The LG BL20 is more than just looks; it has some pretty good features as well. It all starts with the 2.4 inch screen with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. The screen is able to display images and videos pretty clearly and 2.4 inches is more than wide enough for browsing online.
The device features widgets that further expand the online experience. For input, you can use the keypad or the “hidden navigation buttons” in the form of a flat touch sensitive surface (it’s below the screen with the red accents). This 3G phone offers full quad band coverage and supports 3G HSDPA (GPRS and EDGE are also present). All in all, the BL20’s features also make it a very practical device to have.
