Sony Ericsson T707 Elle
At a recently held press conference in China, Sony Ericsson displayed information about one of the latest models it’s planning on releasing soon. This T series phone, known as the T707 is also known by the code name of Elle. There is only limited information available on this matter and even less possibilities of picture previews but we do know some of the specs for certain.
It’s a flip phone that will be available in 5 colors; green, violet/pink, blue, black and orange. As it’s labeled under the T series umbrella, it would not fall under the Walkman or Cyber Shot lines. But it’s guaranteed to carry all the expertise Sony Ericsson has achieved over the years of experience in the mobile phones industry.
Sources say that the new T707 tends to be similar to the SE W508 and Z610 in some ways. But at the same time carry several features which are unique to the T707 itself. The T707 Elle will be quad-band GSM and dual-band UMTS/HSDPA. The 2.2inch main display is of QVGA resolution and there is also a secondary smaller display on the outside.
The 3.2MP camera somehow is of fixed focus. The extendable memory through the use of microSD slot is complimented with the 1GB M2 card that is given with the package. File transferring can be done by using A2DP Bluetooth. The T707 is 14mm thick and weighs 98g. You will be able to find it in the markets from May onwards but there is no information as to what regions it will be available. For more information check out GSM Arena.
Sony Ericsson has not yet published any official news on the price of this model. However, you can get a basic idea by checking out some of the Sony Ericsson T707 Elle contracts. Judging by the success the first model of the Viewty line achieved at the MWC this year at Barcelona, we can safely assume that the LG GC900 Viewty Smart would also emerge to be a popular mobile phone among the mobile phone community. However LG has not yet released any detailed official information on it.
